WRAP-UP CODES - Administrator Guide -

Wrapup Codes

Wrapup Codes are a structure in which agents specify the details of the call after ending their calls, and by examining these details from the reporting area, it allows them to make a generalization according to the needs of their customers and the closing codes determined about them.


To create a new wrapup code, the name of the closing code is determined by pressing the “+” button. Then, the desired closing codes are added below this closing code. Agents can choose at the end of the call as Main Wrapup Code Heading > Wrapup Codes.



After determining the closing codes, if the representatives want to select more than one wrapup code, the "Multiple Selection" button is activated. “Confirmation Popup” can be activated to ensure that agents have completed the closing code and to remind them of this code. After adding the closing codes, the save button should be pressed. Otherwise, the added wrapup codes will not be defined.
