Scripter
To access Scripter, from the administrator screen, press the button shown below:
When pressed, the screen below will be shown:
Note:Scripter is used only in Predictive dialer calls. Details in scripter can be opened in the customer representative screen as pop-up windows by using Text, Paragraph, Radio Button, Dropdown Menu, Check Boxes and Button fields in Scripter.

New scripter creation screen can be accessed by clicking from the Scripter Main Page, the screen below will be shown:
After the field to be used has been selected in the Add Field section (Text, Paragraph, Radio Button, Dropdown Menu, Checkboxes, and Button), the field edit section on the right side is accessed by clicking on the created field and thus content can be edited.
TEXT
Fields can be created using text fields according to details loaded to the campaign. The information can be automatically taken from the data by performing matching in scripter. It is necessary that "$"to be put at the beginning of value to be created. Fields can be matched and details can be displayed in the screen. Fields in the campaign should be written in the scripter in the same way (if it is lowercase,
it is written in lower case)

While buttons are being created: previous step, next step, go and finish scripter can be used.

FIELDS
While fields are being created, “(Show)” checkbox in the report must be marked so scripter results will be shown in the report.
After creating, save the scripter, it can be modified again, by pressing the edit button, .
It is necessary that created scripts be selected in an operating campaign so that they can be used.
