Operator Console & Extension Modules
This guide walks users through Call Center Studio’s Operator Console and Extension Modules.

1. Operator Console
The Operator console screen is used to track the status (ringing / talking / available) of IP Phone users added to the list.
New users are added by searching the user’s name in the User Search section. By using the button that shows up when hovered over a user, the user can be removed from the list.
2. Extension
In order to use the extension screen, the authorization must be given and the extension number must be defined when creating the user. Users must have an internal calling plan to make calls.
Users without an internal dial plan cannot make calls on this screen. On the Softphone screen, a call can be made from Line 1 and Line 2, and a conference can be made and the call can be transferred to a different extension.
