Hunt Groups
To access Hunt Groups, from the administrator screen, press the button shown below:
Thanks to this menu step, any IP Phone can be gathered under a single group and distribution of incoming calls can be performed in accordance with the queue.
Press the new button, enter the name for the Hunt Group, and save. The screen is shown below:
Distribution group can be accessed using the edit button, . IP Telephone users are selected in the dropdown menu and added to the list or removed from the list by using the delete button, .
