DIAL PLANS




To access Dial Plans, from the administrator screen, press the button shown below:












It is essential for the calling rules to be defined in order to perform outcall through the system.



A calling plan in any name desired can be created by using the « (Create)" button.



  • While calling rules are being defined, it should be paid attention to the format of number to be called, calling number and pass (divert call) through which calls are made. While performing definitions, if a voice record is desired to be kept in line, the voice record checkbox should be marked.


  • While the alias calling plan is being defined, it is enough to check mark alias box, and to write the first digit of internal number defined for users inside the system in the field of number to be called, and save it.
